Declare that the State Department’s withholding of the requested records is unlawful; Order the State Department to make the requested records available to plaintiff at no cost and without delay; Award plaintiff its costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
District Court of District of Columbia, United States

USRTK submitted two FOIA requests to the State Department seeking communications relating to glyphosate in Europe in Dec. 2017 and Jan. 2018 after the European Commission had renewed the authorization for 5 years. There was no response from the State Department, so USRTK is going to court to order the State Department to make the requested records available to plaintiff at no cost and without delay.
