The anti-pesticide order issued by the mayor of Savigny-le-Temple was suspended by the judge of the Administrative Court of Melun.

The order banning pesticides in the commune issued by the mayor of Savigny-le-Temple is attacked by the prefect of Seine-et-Marne on the grounds that this measure is not the responsibility of a mayor, but of the Minister of Agriculture. The public hearing takes place on 18/10/2019. The order is suspended by the interim relief judge of the Melun administrative court on 8 Nov. 2019. On March 1, 2021, the mayor of Savigny-le-Temple issued a new order (no. 2020-0262) that established an obligation for all pesticide users to dispose of the waste resulting from their use. On April 14, 2021, the Prefect of Seine-et-Marne asked the interim relief judge to order the suspension of the execution of the order. On May 12, 2021, the interim relief judge of the administrative court of Melun ordered the suspension of the order.
