Negative
The appeal of the city of Arcueil is rejected. Its anti-pesticide order is cancelled.

The order banning pesticides in the municipality issued by the mayor of Arcueil is attacked by the prefect of Val-de-Marne on the grounds that this measure is not the responsibility of a mayor, but of the Minister of Agriculture. The auditions take place on 10/18/2019. By order no. 1908137 of November 8, 2019, the interim relief judge of the Administrative Court of Melun suspended the execution of this order. By order no. 19PA03833 of February 14, 2020, the Paris Administrative Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal brought by the municipality of Arcueil against this order. On March 3, 2020, the municipality of Arcueil asked the Conseil d'Etat to cancel this order and, ruling in summary proceedings, to uphold its appeal. On 12/31/2020, the Council of State definitively rejected the appeal of the town of Arcueil. The anti-pesticide order was cancelled. This decision definitively prohibits mayors from issuing anti-pesticide orders.
