Summary :

The order banning the use of pesticides in the municipality issued by the mayor of Tremblay-en-France is attacked by the prefect of Seine-Saint-Denis on the grounds that this measure is not the responsibility of a mayor but of the Minister of Agriculture. The hearing at the Administrative Court of Montreuil for seven towns in Seine-Saint-Denis which had adopted an anti-pesticide order took place on 2/25/2019.
