Negative
The execution of the order of 10 September 2019 by which the mayor of the municipality of Tremblay-en-France prohibited the use and application of any product containing glyphosate and other chemical substances is suspended until the court rules on the merits of the case on the legality of this act.

The order banning the use of pesticides in the municipality issued by the mayor of Tremblay-en-France is attacked by the prefect of Seine-Saint-Denis on the grounds that this measure is not the responsibility of a mayor but of the Minister of Agriculture. The hearing at the Administrative Court of Montreuil for seven towns in Seine-Saint-Denis which had adopted an anti-pesticide order took place on 2/25/2019. On March 3, 2020, the interim relief judge suspended the execution of the contested order until the court ruled on the merits on the legality of this act.
