Positive
The Prefect of Seine-Saint-Denis' request is rejected. The State will pay the commune of L'Île-Saint-Denis the sum of 1,000 euros, pursuant to Article L. 761-1 of the Code of Administrative Justice.

The order banning the use of pesticides in the municipality issued by the mayor of L'Île-Saint-Denis is attacked by the prefect of Seine-Saint-Denis on the grounds that this measure is not the responsibility of a mayor but of the Minister of Agriculture. The hearing at the Administrative Court of Montreuil for seven towns in Seine-Saint-Denis which had adopted an anti-pesticide order took place on 2/25/2019. On March 3, 2020, the interim relief judge rejects the request of the Prefect of Seine-Saint-Denis.
