Summary :

PAN Europe and Stichting Natuur en Milieu sue the European and the Czech Republic on the issue of maximum residue limits for pesticides. Judgment annulling two Commission decisions dismissing as inadmissible the claims submitted by those NGOs and requesting that the Commission re-examine Regulation 149/2008 to add Annexes II, III and IV fixing the maximum residue limits for products listed in its Annex I (OJ L 58, p.1).
