NCAP challenges EPA's negative response to its FOIA request for ingredient information on six commercial pesticides. EPA is supported by the American Crop Protection Association, which is arguing trade secrets. The judge ordered the EPA and Browner to disclose the common names and CAS numbers of inert ingredients on confidential formula claims of Aatrex 80W, Weedone-LV4, Roundup, Velpar, Garlón 3A and Tordon 101, with the exception of the common name and CAS number of the inert ingredient No. 1 and No. 2 in Weedone-LV4, the CAS number of the inert ingredient No. 1 in Garlón 3A and the CAS number of the inert ingredient No. 1 in Tordon 101.
