Disqualify the conclusions of BfR and EFSA on the non-carcinogenicity of glyphosate.
Economic and Corruption Prosecutor's Office of Vienna, Austria

BFR and EFSA have violated their duty to take an independent, objective, transparent and scientifically sound decision on the assessment of the application for extension of the authorisation of glyphosate. Indeed, BfR plagiarised essential parts of the report provided by the industry instead of carrying out an evaluation report in accordance with the legal provisions. EFSA uncritically adopted the plagiarized BfR report and falsified it by eliminating a relevant study suggesting the carcinogenicity of glyphosate without its own examination, following a telephone call made by a person close to the pesticide manufacturer. Similar complaints were filed simultaneously in Germany (246 Js 1470/17), France, Italy and Portugal.
