The judge declares that FDSEA 80 is inadmissible in all its requests.

FDSEA 80 accuses EELV of influencing the national public consultation on the distances between homes and pesticide application zones with the publication of its site dedicated to the assistance of members and supporters. It requests the complete list of names and opinions collected on the site, in "their entered and transmitted versions", the modes of editorial treatment of the opinions and the modes of technical transfer of the collected opinions. The hearing took place on 04/09/2019. On November 27, 2019, the judge declared the FDSEA inadmissible in all its requests, considering that the FDSEA "has not personally used the EELV site, so that it has no personal interest in acting to preserve its right to contribute or that of its members, who can participate in the consultation organized by the government by personally visiting the official site".
