On October 24, 2018, the Administrative Court ruled that the application, seeking to cancel the marketing authorization issued by ANSES for Roundup 720, was inadmissible on the grounds that it was out of time and manifestly inadmissible. On November 29, 2019, ANSES finally withdrew the marketing authorization for this product.
