Plaintiffs seek cancellation of Decisions No. 2070196 of 7/1/2008 of the Minister of Agriculture, which authorized the marketing of Syngenta's insecticide Cruiser until December 31, 2008, and of December 17, 2008, which renewed this authorization until December 31, 2009, for use as a seed treatment against swine flukes and wireworms on grain maize, silage maize and female seed corn.
