In a judgment of January 30, 2013, the Council of State recognizes the withdrawal of the petitioners, Bayer Copscience, BASF, Syngenta, Belchim Crop Protection and the Belgian association of the plant protection products industry.

The latter requested the annulment of decision no. 2009-3 adopted on March 9, 2009 by the Federal Appeals Commission for access to environmental information, by which it accepted the appeal lodged by the association Inter-Environnement Wallonie and declared that information on the quantities of active ingredients contained in plant protection products placed on the Belgian market should be communicated to the latter. By a letter dated January 14, 2013, the lawyer of the appellants informed that his clients withdrew their appeal.
