Mr. Prince, a farmer with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma after using Roundup for years, is suing Monsanto for failing to warn him of the cancer risk of using his product. He sprayed Roundup in the fields from 1976 to 1990 for about 90 days a year, scrupulously following the warnings and precautions for use.
