The plaintiffs allege that as a result of their exposure to Roundup, they were caused to develop non-Hodgkin lymphoma. They hold Monsanto responsible because it negligently manufactured and distributed Roundup with full knowledge that it was dangerous and defective and failed to provide adequate warnings and proper directions about the dangers associated with using it. Hearings were supposed to happen on Feb. 20, 2020, but were postponed as negociations for out-of-courts settlements are under way.
