Between 2019 and 2021, they are suspected of having sold 2.4 tonnes of glyphosate herbicide from Spain to over 660 people via online resale platforms. The 5-liter cans were sold for 70 or 80 euros. To do so, they are believed to have used the “dropshipping” online selling method, whereby the seller only handles the marketing and sales operation of the product, with the supplier then taking direct responsibility for delivery to the customer. The defendants acknowledged the facts. The hearing took place on November 21, 2023. Scientific references : No scientifice reference for this case.
