Superior Court of Quebec, Canada

The plaintiff, exposed to Roundup from 1997 to 2005 on the farm where she lived and operated by her husband, developed a non-Hodgkin's lyphoma diagnosed in 2005. She points out that Monsanto and Bayer have never issued a "proper, adequate and fair" warning about the risks associated with the use of Roundup and glyphosate. This is the first Roundup class action in Quebec. The action is for all individuals resident in Quebec who were diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma after having used and/or been exposed to Roundup® between 1976 and the date of the judgment authorizing this class action and their successors. (“Class Members”).
