Plaintiff alleges that she developed non-Hodgkins lymphoma following regular use of Roundup from 1977 to 2018, both in her gardening and landscaping business, as well as while owning a farm where she grew peaches and sugar cane. Jury selection started on Jan. 17, 2020 and 16 jurors have been selected. The trial itself was slated to begin on Jan. 31. But instead of proceeding with opening statements, it has been postponed indefinitely, with a case management conference set for March 31.
