Summary :

Indofil Industries, producer of mancozeb, seeks the suspension of the operation of EFSA Decision EFSA/LA/DEC/22911258/2020 of 28 January 2020 concerning the request for internal review of the decision relating to the applicant’s requests for confidential treatment of the conclusion on the peer review of the risk assessment of the active substance mancozeb, used as a pesticide. It considers that the decision taken by EFSA is, in particular, an infringement of Article 63 of European Regulation 1107/2009 concerning the publication of information the disclosure of which could harm the commercial interests of the plaintiff and which it had requested to be blacked out.
