The Commission rejects the application, confirms the decision rendered on 17/3/2004 by the CSST and declares that Ms. Tellier did not suffer an occupational disease on or around August 20, 2002.

The Complainant notes irritability, loss of interest, fatigue, increased sleep and difficult concentration following repeated application of pesticides in fields without a face mask. This is a motion by which she challenges a decision rendered on March 17, 2004 by the Committee on Occupational Health and Safety. following an administrative review.
