As a direct exposure to Roundup from 2007 to 2019, minor G.B., daughter of R. Bargas, was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. As a consequence, father, mother and brother of G.B. suffered severe emotional distress and mental anguish. Trial was set up to begin on Jan. 22, 2020, but has been postponed while negociations for global settlement are under way.
