Summary :

ANPP asks for the cancellation of the decree of 9/12/2006 concerning the marketing and use of pesticides, which defines ZNT of 5 m to 100 m near water points that can be reduced to a width of 5 m along watercourses with the presence of grass strips, the implementation of an anti-drift device allowing the reduction of the drift of 66% as well as the recording of the practices. ANPP considers that the decree does not take into account the conditions of use of these products and significantly influences their marketing. On 7/6/2016, Council of State cancels the implicit decision of refusal and enjoins the concerned ministries to repeal the order within six months.
