The decision of the Prefect of Aude refusing to repeal his decree of 7 July 2017 in so far as it does not include in the definition of water points all the elements of the hydrographic network appearing on the 1/25 000 maps of the National Geographic Institute is annulled. The Prefect is enjoined, within three months from the notification of this ruling, to complete his decree accordingly.

FNE LR and ECCLA seek the annulment of the implicit decision by which the Prefect of Aude refused to repeal his decree of 7 July 2017 in so far as it does not include in the definition of water points all the elements of the hydrographic network featured on the 1/25 000 maps of the National Geographic Institute. 60% of the hydrographic line mentioned on the IGN maps is no longer protected with this new decree! On 11/5/2019, the court annuls the prefect's decision.
