The Court of Justice of the Republic (CJR), the only body competent to judge members of the government in the performance of their duties, has declared inadmissible the complaint lodged by the AGAC for false testimony against the former Minister of Health, Agnès Buzyn and the former Minister of Agriculture and Food, Didier Guillaume, the public prosecutor's office at the Court of Cassation announced on Tuesday 8 February to Agence France-Presse.

The association believed that the ministers had lied under oath to exonerate the State before the parliamentary commission of enquiry into the organochlorine insecticide, which had submitted its work in December 2019.
