All Plaintiffs in this action seek recovery for damages as a result of developing Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (NHL), which was directly and proximately caused by such wrongful conduct by Monsanto, the unreasonably dangerous and defective nature of Roundup, and its active ingredient, glyphosate, and the attendant effects of developing NHL. The first trial in the City of St. Louis involving cancer risks from agrochemical giant Monsanto’s herbicide products began with opening statements on Nov. 1, 2022.
