Hired on August 04, 1986, Mr. Guyader claims to have been in contact with pesticides that have led to illnesses causing work interruptions. These led to his dismissal, notified on 07/23/2013. On 05/29/2018, the plaintiff referred the matter to the Guingamp labour court. Hearings are held on June 27, 2019 and the decision on October 24, 2019. Mr. Le Guyader also asks the court of social affairs (TASS) of Saint-Brieuc to rule on the inexcusable fault of the employer for pesticide intoxication during his working years. The hearing took place on 8/10/2020.
